Lean28 is built so your health details stay on your device. This page explains what we do and don't collect.

The planner

The details you enter (sex, age, weight, height, waist, activity level, fat areas, food and training choices) are used in your browser to build your plan. We don't send them to a server and we don't store them. When you close or refresh the page, they're gone.

Contact form

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply. The form is handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores submissions for us. We delete messages when we no longer need them.

Hosting and server logs

Like most websites, our host may record technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to run and secure the site.

Ads and cookies

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform.

• You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings.
• You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Ads will still appear, but they won't be personalised.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your choice before any personalised ads are shown.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Because we don't store your planner details, this mainly applies to messages sent through the contact form. Email tarun.cb99@gmail.com and we'll respond promptly.

Children

Lean28 is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site works, for example by adding analytics, we'll update this page and the date above.
